A review of Gillcrest Homes Ltd by Gillcrest Homes written on Friday 17th of February 2017
The quote is not accurate, the development is a mixed use scheme which will consist of approximately 450 new homes, a gymnasium, school, retail shops, 85 bed care home and offices spread across 4 phases.
To date the school is operational and phase one is almost complete which consists over 130 new homes, 68 are fully completed and people have moved in, the leak referred to is in a existing lower ground car park which is excess rain water with some running down the ramp, the grounds are maintained by a external management company.
This person does not speak for all residents and is disappointed as they did not fully appreciate the ongoing nature of phased developments of which they are in phase 1, hopefully they will update their comment and talk about the positive points in the development and the high quality of finish.
All issues are always addressed and in some cases not as fast as we would like, the Group has been in business for 25 years plus and proud to have been nominated winners of several awards..
